The Founding Team
Mario Ramadan, a co-founder of Sarfee, is a generalized specialist with over nine years of an exceptional track record in nurturing relationships, advising cross-functional teams, and managing innovation programs.
Ramadan holds a BBA in International Business Management from Notre Dame University (NDU), is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
Abdo Kesserwani, a co-founder of Sarfee, boasts a holistic experience in strategic marketing and brand recognition. Capitalizing on his analytical, organizational and creative problem-solving skills, he has built a successful career in the marketing world, focusing on athletic and cultural events that highly appeal to the younger generation.
Kesserwani holds a BBA with emphasis on Marketing from the American University of Beirut (AUB).
The Technology Advisory Team
Rawad Assaf is a software engineer with over 10 years of experience in leading development streams, UI testing, as well as technical lead and product ownership of messaging platform services. In addition to the extensive know-how in platform services, Assaf has an extensive experience in managing calculation servers and developing test automation framework.
Mazen Slim is a founding partner at RAMS. Prior to that, he had assumed key positions at Mckinsey and Company and Murex, where he gained experience in quality assurance migration projects and project management.
Slim holds an MBA from INSEAD in addition to MSc. in Operational Research from London School of Economics and Political Science and a BE in Computer and Communications Engineering from the American University of Beirut. He had also served as a visiting researcher at University of Waterloo.
Mackram Raydan is an engineer who can build tools that are of distinctive value to others. He has successfully created, mentored and grew teams into fully-fledged startups. His main focus is to create internal tools for selecting teams and leading the developers’ growth and skills to become the CTOs of those companies.
Raydan holds a BE in Computer Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
